Having ordered the Berlin I was a bit tentative, as hadn't heard of Wood Look before, however I needn't have worried, the watch is beautiful and more than expected, the engraving is perfect . Thankyou.
Overall good. The watch is excellent and really looks the part. Loss of one star for delivery. Paid for two amounts of delivery expecting it to be expedited but it wasn't. It took 4 working days to be delivered.
This has to be one of the leading wooden watches on the market! So impressed with the buying process from start to finish. The watch is amazing, incredibly light too.

The watch arrived extremely quickly and is gorgeously presented. The engraving is a lovely touch too. I cannot wait to gift this. I’ve already shown this off to everyone I could this have before wrapping it. I bought the Austin design and pictures really do not do it justice. Thankyou so much!!

Some link pins were a little rusty but been offered for some replacements to be sent. Other than that, great watch and love the engraving option
Love the watch but the engraving was missing so a bit disappointed because it is a present for my partner. I included text for the engraving when I ordered but couldn't see any reference to it on the order confirmation so I emailed back straight away on 8th December as recommended by yourselves to query this but never got a reply - and now the watch has arrived without the engraving.
