Return & Refunds
We accept returns on all products, including engraved, within 30 days of receiving your order. The return period is calculated based on the delivery date shown in your tracking information. To qualify for a return, the product must be in resellable condition, with no damage or signs of use.
We offer affordable and convenient returns for customers.
- You will be required to print a label and attach customs form to the outside of the box (a clear slip/wallet is required).
- You must return your order in the original box or use the same box size.

Christmas Returns Policy
For orders placed between October 1st and December 24th, we’ve extended the returns window to January 25th, giving you extra flexibility during the holiday season.
Free Gift Returns
Occasionally we run promotions offering free gifts. If you decide to return your order you must also return the free gift and ensure it meets the return conditions. If you choose not to return the free gift, we will deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your returned order, please allow 7 working days for us to process your refund. If you experience delays, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Sale Items
If you’ve purchased a sale item, your refund will be based on the price you paid at the time of purchase, not the original pre-sale value.
Exchanges
We only replace watches if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. If you need to exchange your item, please email us at sales@thewoodlook.com before sending it back.
Engravings
All engravings are created exactly as per the design you approve before checkout. An order confirmation email will be sent to you with an image of the engraving. If you notice an issue, please contact us immediately. We may not always be able to make changes after the order has been placed.
If your engraving contains a mistake and your order has already been shipped, we can provide a replacement engraving backplate at an additional cost.
